I had a very disappointing experience at this parlor and would strongly advise others to avoid it. The person performing my facial kept her phone on throughout the session, answering calls and chatting while working on me. This was extremely unprofessional and distracting. To make matters worse, she used the same towel to wipe her hands that I was resting my head on, which felt unhygienic and careless. Every time she opened or closed the cupboards, they made loud noises, adding to the discomfort. There was no moment of peace or relaxation during the entire facial — which defeats the very purpose of visiting a parlor. When I mentioned all of this to the owner, she didn’t even apologize. Instead, she raised her hand and said, “I have told them to be professional, but what can I do beyond this?” This dismissive attitude showed a complete lack of accountability and concern for customer experience. Overall, the service lacked basic professionalism, hygiene, and customer care. I would not recommend anyone to visit Petals in Pimple Saudagar.
