Our responsibilities are limited to: (i) facilitating the availability of the Services; and (ii) serving as the limited agent of each Vendor for the purpose of accepting payments from you for your online product or service order and delivering your order.
We strive hard to get vendors who promise to deliver within 3-24hours of receiving your order. The delivery time varies from product category to product category and the delivery time is mentioned under vendor policy link under vendor store.
In case of vendor unable the meet the delivery timeline, the order will be treated cancelled and where applicable, refund will be initiated. To reduce such situation, we rank our merchants on delivery & quality satisfaction so that you as customer get the best possible service from vendors.
Under no circumstance, our company, staff and vendors will be held responsible for any damage, business or non-business impact of unsatisfactory order deliveries.
